Sam focuses his practice on employment litigation. He represents employees with claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability discrimination, unpaid wages, and whistleblower. Sam handles all aspects of litigation, including mediations, mandatory arbitrations, motions, hearings, and trials in both state and federal courts. Mr. Herandez also works with clients to start and grow their business venture, protect trade secrets, develop employee agreements and policies, and provide legal compliance advice.
